1.) Does the crew need to be tipped?

Gratuities for the crew and captain are not mandatory but are customary. At the end of your charter, it is recommended to leave a gratuity of around 15% of the charter fee. The captain will ensure that any tips received are distributed among the crew accordingly.


2.) Can I bring food and alcohol onboard?

Absolutely! You are welcome to bring your own food and alcohol. All our charters and boats come equipped with ice and water. However, if you prefer catering services, we can arrange it with sufficient planning time. Keep in mind: Most of our yachts do not allow any staining beverages such as red wine but please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.


3.) Are children allowed on charters?

Yes, children are more than welcome onboard! Our boats are child-friendly. For safety purposes, children under the age of 12 are required by federal regulations to wear a life jacket, unless they are inside the cabin or at anchor. Although we provide life jackets for children, we recommend bringing one in advance to ensure a proper fit.


4.) Can I choose the yacht's destination and anchor location?

The captain will consider and accommodate reasonable destination and anchor requests whenever possible. However, it's important to note that operational restrictions may limit certain requests.


5.) Is smoking permitted on board?

While some captains may allow smoking in designated areas, smoking indoors is strictly prohibited on all our boats. Additionally, please note that hookah smoking is not allowed as it poses a fire and damage hazard.


6.) How many guests are allowed on board?

Each vessel has its own maximum passenger capacity, which will be listed on our website. For most charters, the maximum capacity is typically 12 guests, not including the master/owner/operator and the charterer who signs the contract.


7.) Do you have jet skis?

Yes, we offer jet skis as an additional service.  The jet skis will meet you on the water while your yacht is anchored. To ride a jet ski, you must be 18 years old and have a valid Florida boater safety education course certificate or an equivalent certification.


8.) How old do I have to be to rent?

To sign the agreement, you must be at least 21 years old. We recommend consulting with us prior to booking to ensure all requirements are met.


9.) What should I bring with me?

For your charter, please remember to bring your ID and a credit card for incidentals if a damage deposit has not already been paid. Feel free to bring any food, alcohol, and beverages you would like during your voyage. It's also a good idea to bring a towel, change of clothes, sunscreen, chargers, any necessary medications, and, if applicable, an Epipen for allergies.


10.) Do we offer price matching?

Yes, We are pleased to offer price matching on all our offers. If you find a competing offer that's hard to resist, shoot us an email, and we will beat it. Our prices are some of the best on the market as we provide no frills and no bs pricing, meaning, our pricing is all-inclusive, unlike most other companies that will charge a plethora of extra fees. Please note that price matching is available for offers from only reputable competitors.


11.) Do you offer Promotions? 

Yes, We offer discounts under our "Celebrity & Influencer Pricing" page. You need to fill out your information on the "Celebrity & Influencer Pricing" page and our support staff will promptly reach out to you and confirm your eligibility if accepted. We also offer many discounts on apparel sometimes up to 40% if you sign up to receive our emails.


12.) What is your refund policy?

At Evilot Enterprises, our return policy varies depending on the product or service. For yachts and aircraft charters, there are no refunds or returns under any circumstances and all deposits are non-refundable. However, we strive for the best customer service and will try to address any issues and make the situation right. For apparel, we offer refunds for faulty or damaged products upon arrival, within 30 days of the initial purchase date. Please contact us at contact@evilot.com for further inquiries.


13.) Do you have an ambassador program?

Yes, We have an Ambassador/ Affiliate/ Referral program for anyone who may have connections within the industry & looking to make some extra money and receive bonus offers & discounts. 1.) Browse our Fleet: Visit the "Yachts” or "Planes" page on our website and choose the yacht and/or aircraft that suits your preferences, requirements, and desires.


2.) Submit Booking Request: Once you have selected a yacht or aircraft, submit a booking request/quote through our website at the bottom of each description or contact our sales team directly. Fill out the whole quote and provide details such as the desired dates, duration of the charter, add-ons, guests, and any specific requests or inquiries you may have.


3.) Availability Confirmation and Invoice: One of our experienced sales agents will promptly reach out to you to confirm the availability of the desired yacht or aircraft for your requested dates. If the yacht or aircraft is available, they will provide you with an invoice detailing the charter cost and any additional services you may have requested.


4.) Pay Deposit: To secure your reservation, a deposit amount of the charter cost will be required (the deposit amount will vary depending on the charter). Our sales agent will guide you through the payment process and provide you with the necessary instructions and payment options. The deposit amount can vary from $500-$5,000 depending on your desired yacht or aircraft. The deposit goes towards the full charter amount and is Non-Refundable.


5.) Final Payment: The remaining balance of the charter cost is due at the scheduled charter date and will be paid on the vessel or aircraft. 


Please note that your reservation is considered confirmed once the deposit has been received and processed.
