Evilot Enterprises Yacht Charter Refund & Return Policy
To reschedule a charter, contact with a broker must be made within a minimum of 7 days before the charter. Deposit will not be refundable.
In the event that a customer does not derive satisfaction from their time aboard the charter or encounters any unforeseen circumstances, it is important to note that such occurrences do not warrant a refund of any kind. We emphasize that all deposits made are 100% non-refundable, and no exceptions shall be made under any circumstances.
Nonetheless, Evilot Enterprises remains dedicated to ensuring an exceptional experience for our esteemed clientele. In pursuit of this commitment, we shall utilize all available resources to accommodate our customers' needs by offering alternatives such as rescheduling or providing credit towards a future yacht charter experience. It should be noted that rescheduling or credit options are contingent upon availability and must be utilized for a charter of equivalent value, either on the same vessel or a comparable alternative.
We understand that customer satisfaction is of utmost importance, and we strive to address any concerns or challenges that may arise during the charter. However, it is essential for customers to familiarize themselves with the specific terms and conditions outlined in our charter agreement, as these may provide further clarity regarding our policies and procedures.
If weather conditions are unsafe (25+ Knots of wind or extreme ocean conditions) then we can reschedule without 7 days notice. (It is up to the boat owner to decide if conditions are unsafe)

- Deposits Non-Refundable: All deposits made for private aircraft charters are non-refundable. The deposit secures your reservation and ensures the availability of the chosen aircraft for your specified dates.
Refund & Return Policy:
- Refunds Not Accepted After 7 Days from Booking Confirmation or 7 Days Prior to Charter Date: Refunds of any kind will not be accepted if requested within 7 days prior to the scheduled charter date. We allocate resources and secure aircraft well in advance, making last-minute refunds unfeasible.
Private Jet Add-Ons:
- Non-Refundable: Private jet add-ons, once purchased, are non-refundable. These enhancements, including in-flight amenities and services, are planned and coordinated to enhance your charter experience and cannot be refunded.
- Refund Policy Clarification: An unsatisfactory experience that does not meet your expectations does not warrant a refund or return of any kind. We strive to provide the highest level of service, and any concerns or issues should be reported to our team during the charter to allow us the opportunity to address them promptly.
- Dates in Quote: Please note that the dates specified in your charter quote are considered locked in upon acceptance and payment. Changes to these dates may be subject to availability and additional fees.

Evilot Enterprises Apparel Return and Refund Policy

Acceptable Grounds for Refunds: We offer refunds solely in cases where the product is deemed faulty or damaged upon arrival. This includes instances of defects stemming from the manufacturing process or physical damage incurred during shipping. If your address was input incorrectly, these are not grounds for a return or refund.
Non-Acceptable Grounds for Refunds: We do not provide refunds for reasons such as buyer's remorse or dissatisfaction unrelated to product quality. This includes cases where the imperfections may exist in embroidery stitching, DTG printing, or individual product units. We do not accept product exchanges under any circumstances.

Refund Eligibility Period: Refund requests for defective or damaged items resulting from the manufacturing process will only be considered if made within 30 days of the initial purchase date. After this period, we cannot accept refunds or returns. Photos of the product and proof will have to be uploaded and accepted for a refund to be issued. Any additional shipping charges will be paid by the customer and Evilot holds no obligation to pay for extra shipping regarding returns and/or refunds.
